- Practising for over 33 years and been in business in East Gosford for over 27 years
- Married to his beautiful wife, has two adult children and has lived on the Central Coast for over 30 years
- Loves golf, kayaking, walking and travelling.

- Lives locally on the Central Coast with his lovely wife and young child

- Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at Newcastle university In 2016
- Previously completed Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Diploma in Remedial Massage
- Previously member of Australian Defence Force ( Regular Army and Army Reserves)
- Holds a Black Belt in Karate and works as a Senior Instructor and has been a Physiotherapist for Local and National Karate teams
- Has an ability to work high performance athletes
- Lives locally with fiancé
- Loves boating, fishing and needs to stay fit and healthy for his karate

Ashley Lamb
Physiotherapist

- Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy with honours at the University of Newcastle in 2015
- Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
- Has worked with local Aussie Rules and Rugby Union teams as team Physiotherapist managing sports injuries
- Previously worked for the Central Coast Local Health district rotating through a wide range of clinical areas
- Lives locally with fiancé
- Runs, swims and has played most sports, presently playing Rugby.

Chathura (Chad) Basnayake
Physiotherapist

- Graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2018 from Australian Catholic University.
- Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
- Chad is our most recent addition to the East Gosford Physio Team, and has settled in quickly, with his excellent Physio skills, injury knowledge and relaxed nature with patients.
- Chad is passionate about using exercises to treat pain and prevent injuries from recurring, which aligns with East Gosford Physiotherapy’s Pain to Performance philosophy.
- Chad worked as an on field sports Physiotherapist with elite Soccer, AFL and Rugby union teams in Sydney and has provided physio assistance at a number of private schools.
- Chad has a strong intertest in sports injuries and high performance. He has a background in cricket and strength and conditioning, so he can advise you on how to use exercise to stay injury free

Martin Kwasner
Exercise Physiologist

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Masters Degree in Public Health
- Exercise Scientist, experienced in prescribing exercise for clinical populations since 2001 and has worked as a strength and conditioning trainer with elite athletes at the Victorian Institute of Sport
- Australian Diabetes Council Accreditation to manage diabetic clients with education and exercise
- Has been a professional dancer and holds a strong interest in dance rehabilitation
- Interests include horse riding and family .
