This program has been specifically designed for adolescent rugby (union and league) forwards to develop and improve the control of back and hip positions in growing bodies for greater safety in scrum and general play. By improving the core muscle groups in young sports people, it will not only keep them pain and injury free, but also enable the players to perform more effectively both on the field and in training.
The specific exercises are designed to be easy to understand and follow. This allows rugby players to regularly practise the exercises either at home or during training sessions.
