Cricket Bowler Specific Trunk and Core Strength Program

This program has been designed by a physiotherapist to address the stress on the back that occurs in the bowling action.

It specifically addresses core stability and the way you use your spine while bowling, ensuring you have good stabilisation of your spinal joints and discs while you twist and bend.

These exercises are easy to understand and players can use these exercises at cricket training or at home.
